Kaizen Software Solutions releases incremental product updates throughout the year. The change details for each release are available at the following links:

To update your software to the current release:
- Make sure everyone else has the database closed.
- Make a backup of the database for safety (File > Backup).
- Make a note of the database connection settings (Tools > Database Connection) in case you need to reconnect.
- Use the menu option Help > Check for updates, and follow the prompts, or if you are unable to connect to our update server, close the application, and then install the current version of the application from our website.
- Make sure all other users update their application to the same version to avoid any mismatched version conflicts.
